  • All offers are valid at Jimmy Spice’s Birmingham, Broad Street restaurant only. Management reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
  • Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
  • Offers are not valid on special price menu/special days.
  • Offers are not valid in December or Bank Holidays.
  • Lunch Times: Lunch time tables must be vacated by 5pm, Monday-Saturday.
  • Guest notice: We operate a 2hr sitting per session policy.
  • Our kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time.
  • A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
  • Management have the right to request payment in advance at arrival.
  • Special Requests/ Dietary Requirements:
    Despite the diligent efforts of our restaurant staff, we cannot ensure the complete elimination of allergens from all our menu items due to the possibility of cross-contamination. Therefore, the management highly recommends that guests with allergies reach out to the Manager on Duty for assistance.
  • We require guests with allergies to provide a signed consent form before dining with us. If the guest chooses to proceed with dining after receiving all necessary information, the restaurant holds no liability for any injuries or claims.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • The restaurant experiences high levels of crowds, particularly on weekends, so we advise making online reservations 24 hours prior to the preferred booking date to ensure a table.
  • Walk-in customers are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on table availability.
  • Guests should allow 24 hours for confirmation. While the online booking system enables you to make a reservation, it does not serve as confirmation.
  • Prices can be different on Special days, please monitor the website for any offers or special prices
  • Restaurant reserves the right to ask for a valid identification as a proof of age
  • Our standard seating policy typically allows for a 2-hour duration starting from the time of booking, rather than the time of arrival. The table is held only for 15 minutes from the time of the booking, upon no arrival the table will be released.
  • During busy periods, such as Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, special holidays, and bank holidays, management reserves the right to adjust this timeframe of the table duration.
  • We do not permit taking leftover food to go, and individuals caught doing so may face penalties.
  • Management retains the authority to refuse entry to guests displaying inappropriate behaviour or signs of intoxication.
  • The management reserves the right to request proof of identification
  • Children need to be accompanied within the restaurant premises at all times.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for any injuries caused for unaccompanied children.
  • Any damage to the property or unethical/violent behaviour would not be tolerated.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse any guests if not accompanied by an adult (18 years old or above)
  • The restaurant does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damaged or stolen item

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions:

  • Online reservation is mandatory for group of 7 or more
  • Deposit Payment of £10/ per person is mandatory for bookings of a table for 7 or more
  • The deposit payment must be processed within the specified time frame outlined in the Provisional Booking email.
  • Upon no confirmation or deposit payment within the time frame provided whilst making the booking, the tables are treated as a walk-in
  • Refund Policy: The deposit payment is non-refundable for any number of ‘no-show’ guests.
  • Cancellation Policy: Should a guest opt to cancel their reservation 7 days before the Date of Booking, they will be issued their deposit payment as a credit voucher, valid for use within 3 months from the original booking date. The terms and conditions of the credit voucher will be at the Discretion of the Restaurant Manager.
  • We have a usual seating policy of 2 hours from the time of the booking and not arrival. However the management reserves the right to shorten it according to the availability of tables on busy days (Including: Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday/ Special Holidays/ Bank Holidays)
  • We hold the table for 15 minutes from the time of the booking, upon no arrival the table will be released.
  • Any extension on the duration of the booking will be chargeable (£10/ per hour/ per person (child or adult)
