Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests exhibiting intoxication, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children must be always supervised. The restaurant is not responsible for injuries to unsupervised children.
Valid ID may be required to verify age; failure to provide ID may incur full adult charges or refusal of service.
Management may request payment in advance or upon arrival.
Tables are held for 15 minutes from the booking time; Upon, no arrival it will be further released for walk-in.
Tables are reserved for 2 hours from the booking time, not arrival, and may be adjusted during peak periods based on availability.
Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (£10 per person/ per hour).
Walk-ins are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests must notify staff at arrival if any member of their party will not be dining. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full buffet price. If any food is consumed, the full buffet price applies.
Buffet leftovers are not permitted to be taken off-site.
The restaurant is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
A 10% discretionary service charge applies to all bills.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £5 per person is required for groups of 7 or more guests.
Deposits for no-shows are strictly non-refundable and cannot be used, transferred, or redeemed later.
All booking amendments, including reduced numbers, must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.
Requests to increase guest numbers must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
All special requests, including dietary requirements or space for pushchairs/wheelchairs, must be confirmed at the time of booking via email.
Any decorations or personal items require prior written approval from management.
Guests must specify the number of children and infants at booking. Failure to do so may result in inadequate seating.

Offers apply only at Jimmy Spice’s Birmingham, Broad Street.
Management may withdraw offers at any time without notice.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers or vouchers.
Offers or Vouchers are not valid on special menus, special days, during Christmas Period, or on Bank Holidays.
