Restaurant Policy

  • Management retains the authority to refuse entry to guests displaying inappropriate behaviour or signs of intoxication. Any damage to the property or unethical/violent behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Management reserves the right to request payment in advance upon arrival.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse any guests if not accompanied by an adult (18 years old or above).
  • Restaurant reserves the right to ask for valid identification as proof of age. Management reserves the right to charge the full price at their discretion if you are unable to provide valid proof of age.
  • Kindly inform us upon arrival if you or any of your guests will not be dining. Failure to do so may result in the restaurant charging the full buffet price. Additionally, if even a single food item is consumed, the full price will be applied.
  • The restaurant does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damaged or stolen items.
  • Children need to be accompanied within the restaurant premises at all times.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for any injuries caused for unaccompanied children.
  • We do not permit taking leftover food to go, and individuals caught doing so may face penalties.
  • Walk-in customers are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on table availability.
  • Lunch Times: Lunch time tables must be vacated by 5 PM, Monday-Sunday.
  • Our kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing time.
  • A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
  • Special Requests/ Dietary Requirements:
    Despite the diligent efforts of our restaurant staff, we cannot ensure the complete elimination of allergens from all our menu items due to the possibility of cross-contamination. Therefore, the management highly recommends that guests with allergies reach out to the Manager on Duty for assistance.
  • We require guests with allergies to provide a signed consent form before dining with us. If the guest chooses to proceed with dining after receiving all necessary information, the restaurant holds no liability for any injuries or claims.

Offer & Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • All offers are valid at Jimmy Spice’s Birmingham, Broad Street restaurant only.
  • Management reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
  • Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
  • Offers are not valid on special price menu/special days.
  • Offers are not valid in December or Bank Holidays.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Guests should allow 24 hours for confirmation. While the online booking system enables you to make a reservation, it does not serve as confirmation.
  • The table is held only for 15 minutes from the time of booking; upon no arrival, the table will be released.
  • We operate a 2-hour sitting per session policy. We allow for a 2-hour duration starting from the time of booking, rather than the time of arrival.
  • During busy periods, management reserves the right to adjust this timeframe of the table duration.
  • Any extension on the duration of the booking will be chargeable (£10/hour per person (child or adult).
  • Guests must specify the number of children and infants when making a booking. Failure to do so may result in the inability to guarantee a table that can accommodate everyone.

Group Bookings Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit Payment is mandatory for all groups of 7 or more guests.
  • The deposit payment must be processed within the timeframe specified in the email from management.
  • Refund Policy: All deposit payments are non-refundable. Deposit payments for no-show guests on booking day are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Booking Amendment Policy: Amendments will only be permitted up to 7 days before the reserved date, allowing you to apply the deposit payment toward your booking. Updates after that will forfeit the deposit for no-show guests.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted only if made at least 7 days prior to the booking date. In such cases, a credit voucher will be issued. Beyond this period, the deposit will be strictly non-refundable.
  • The table will be only held for 15 minutes from the time of your booking, any later then that the table will be released for walk-in.
  • The table is reserved for 2 hours (or the agreed-upon duration with management over the email). The allocated time begins from the scheduled booking time, not your arrival.
  • Any extension on the duration of the booking will be chargeable (£10/per hour- per person (child or adult)
  • We are unable to extend table reservations under any circumstances.
  • Special Requests: Dietary Requirements/ Push-chair Space/ Wheelchair Space to be requested during the time of the booking over the email.
  • All decorations need to be pre-approved by the management over the email.
  • Restaurant Manager reserves the discretion to modify or withdraw any commitments if considered necessary.  
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for violations or inappropriate behaviour, with no exceptions or leniency permitted.
