Confirmation: Allow up to 24 hours for booking confirmation.
Late Arrival: Tables may be released after 15 minutes of booking time.
Payment: Payment may be required upon arrival.
Age Policy: Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Proof of Age: We may ask for valid ID to confirm a guest’s age. If ID cannot be provided, adult pricing may apply, or service may be refused.
Non-Diners: Please inform staff upon arrival if anyone in your group will not be eating, otherwise the full buffet price may apply.
Extra Time: Subject to availability; £10 per person/hour.
Service Charge: A discretionary 10% is added to all bills.
Leftovers: Buffet food cannot be taken away.
